“I stayed at the Charlotte for three weeks while in the area for work and it was the perfect crash pad. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped, the furniture comfortable, and the shower massive! The location was extremely convenient, with everything you could need walkable within a few blocks (lots of cute shops, delicious restaurants, bakeries, the art gallery, the museum, etc.). The host was very responsive and was able to work with me to move to another……

The property itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the little homey touches, such as the October decor and tea caddy with biscuits and other treats. I definitely hope to stay there again for future visits to Guelph!”

“The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed. As well, there’s only one parking spot, so I highly recommend parking across the……

Host (Kathleen) was responsive, provided great communication, and even offered early check in.The unit was BEAUTIFUL, clean and comes with all the amenities you need for a weekend get away. The decor is amazing, felt like home from the moment you walk in the door. Perfect location, walkable to shops, restaurants and theatres. Stratford offers so many things, check out Elizabeth's Restaurant, daily menus absolutely 100% recommend.Definitely recommend……
