Waterville Valley Condo - Well Appointed With Mountain Views

This cozy and quaint getaway is designed for guests that are interested in a peaceful and quiet trip away!

We want you to feel at home and taken care of when you stay at our condo.

A short 5 minute drive to Mt. Tecumseh or take the Free Shuttle to the ski slopes.

Hiking trails can be accessed directly behind the condo.

2 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms with a spacious floor plan.

Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing in the all seasons porch and looking at the spectacular Mountain View’s that wrap around the property!

Relax in the family room, enjoy reading, watching t.v. after a day on the slopes.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed with a private full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is located adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The kitchen has all the amenities. A refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker etc. There is a washer & dryer within the kitchen area. The family room has a 65” flat screen t.v., bar and all seasons porch. A ski locker is provided to securely lock up your ski’s, hiking equipment or other items..

***Remember, this is a condo and not a hotel. We have neighbors so guests must be respectful of them at all times of their stay. An, Acknowledgement of Condo Rules & Regulations along with verification of identity will be asked of each guest prior to stay.

***We thoroughly launder every touchable fabric after each guest. (Shower curtains and liners, towels, all linens, robes, bedding, blankets, throws, sofa pillow covers etc).

***Our commitment is to provide our guests a unique vacation experience in a clean and comfortable setting with a bit of style mixed in. All season guests are welcome. (FYI: Summer guests be aware we do not have a/c. The mountain breeze is quite comfortable using our air circulators though.)

***Maximum guests allowed is 4.

***We do not offer long term rentals.

***Not equipped for young children under 3 (not baby proofed) & No Pets.

***The White Mountains were recently rated as one of the "10 best fall weekend getaways in the US for autumn charm".....Fall Waterville Valley colors will blow you away!

Perfect mountain condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was wonderful. Gorgeous mountain views and the shuttle to the ski area is right out front. It was perfect for a family of 4.

This condo was great!! Centrally located to the mountain and town! Very clean and great space for a 2 bedroom condo! The real fireplace was a great addition to our family ski getaway! Ryan was responsive and easy to work with! Would definitely stay again!

Great for a weekend getaway!

We were in town with friends for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and the property was clean and comfortable. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions and even accommodated our late checkout request. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home away from home

The property is gorgeous, and so comfortable. The host, was extremely responsive and helpful. I had a few questions and Ryan was so patient. The views from the condo are beautiful, the shuttle bus to the mountain is very convenient, overall we had the best weekend. Ryan, the host, thought of every detail to make the place feel cozy. We will definitely be returning to this home away from home.

This was a great last minute find. We were looking for a place to get away and spend sometime checking out the foliage. This property was wonderful. The view was amazing, and the condo was SO cute. Wedding at waterville

Made a vacation out of a Waterville wedding weekend. Golfed at several beautiful courses in the area. Met up with friends over the weekend. The condo was beautiful! Even better than the photos! Very comfy with everything we needed. Would absolutely book again!

Summer in the Mountains

Great location! We spent a long weekend in early August and had so much fun. We were sidelined by a recent surgery but still enjoyed the trip. There are so many things to do from the obvious - hiking, swimming holes, rafting, Lake Winnie - to hidden treasures - breakfast in Meredith, swimming in Squam Lake etc. Condo is well located and, while the parking lot was full, it was very quiet. It was a nice getaway.

Nice condo - plenty of room

We had a nice time in Waterville Valley. The weather couldn't have been better. Ryan's condo is just a four minute drive to the town center, which was our central meeting place. The condo was nice. I liked that we had so much room. It was cozy, very quiet and peaceful. That is very important to my husband and I when we travel.

Chillaxing

The immaculate Condo is conducive to providing a great atmosphere for R&R! The furnishings and location, speak to the ease at which my wife and I were able to take it easy after she underwent unexpected emergency oral surgery the day before are reservations started. Hockey Tournament - Getaway

The location and unit were perfect for what we needed. We are a family that enjoys our quiet time. Since we were in town for a hockey tournament, it was nice to have a quiet space away from the all the activity. We have traveled to Waterville the last few years and this was by far our favorite stay. We can’t thank Ryan enough. Communication was great and every detail was spelled out nicely so you know exactly what to do. The unit also had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home.
