“No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled……

“Our host was excellent, as he responded quickly to any and all questions I sent. The description provided in the listing is spot on. It was a wonderful home for our family of 4, with plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. There was breakfast food available in the home upon our arrival, and the bed was very comfortable. Having been to London multiple times, this was our favorite home to stay in by far. The Tube is an easy 10 minute walk from the home. I have nothing but positive……

“Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. ”

“We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”

For the week before I had to call multiple times and sent multiple unanswered text messages to the host to ask about how to check in and if a travel cot and high chair could be provided. It was only when I called Vrbo that anything ever happened to which I was told there was no check in information available until a few hours before check in. A strange policy choiceOn check in day it wasn't until I spoke to someone at Vrbo multiple times and called them……
