The floors in the room needed to be cleaned better, but everything else was clean and the bed was very comfortable. You can’t beat the lake view either, sitting on the balcony was very peaceful.

Parking was easy, staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and have been updated nicely, as it is an older hotel with great views of the lake. The balcony and outdoor furniture were nice. Very quiet, peaceful and private.

This place is super cute. A roadside motel remodeled perfectly. Would stay here again but I would make sure we got a room with a private balcony. Pretty view of lake as well.

I actually really enjoyed staying here. the location is perfect and the view of the lake was great. it's nothing too fancy but nobody needs anything too fancy when you're out and about all day. the staff was SO NICE

I loved the balcony and the view on the lake also a deck with chairs and fire pit for everyone to use it. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Its a busy hotel so if you want eat dinner dont wait until they ran out of the food like we did.

This looked like an old fashioned "motel" that you could see had been updated outside. The property was clean and pleasing. There was a deck with chairsand outside fires with a perfect view of the lake. The room was perfectly renovated- beautiful updated decor and perfectly appointed. We were on the second floor (recommended) and had our own balconly with a perfect view of the lake. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your visit to Senaca Lake.

The best feature about this hotel is the beautiful view of Seneca Lake and the balcony. It’s in a fairly quiet location and parking is conveniently located right in front of your door. The bathroom is tiny and there’s no vanity to put your things down on. The TV had tons of channels, but the remote was finicky and hard to operate. There was nobody in the office for the three days that we were there. The bed was comfortable and the mini coffee machine in the room made delicious hot coffee.

We loved the room and the beautiful view we had. We had a big problem with the tv working properly and trying to get a hold of the someone after 6p to fix it. The staff was apologetic and did get it working.
