“Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. ”

“Convenient location to beach, freeway and shops.Nicely decorated multi level home, worked well for our 13, 7 and 2 years old, they found their own space to hang out. Many kitchen appliances and coffee pods were available. We cooked breakfast and dinner at home. Overall we are pleased to found this home, basic condiments were stocked!Bedrooms are on the bottom floor, felt little humid there but I believe that’s nature of being in the coastal area, we used to have home in Aptos.”

“A great location for the Santa Cruz area. We enjoyed rivers, lakes, forest walks, train rides, and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk all within 20-30 minutes from our stay. The house was amazing and very roomy. Great out door patio and the hot tub was the perfect end of the day rejuvenation. Great place to visit. ”

“We had a great stay on the beach in Aptos. The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! ”

“Cute house just a few steps to the ocean. It’s older and decorated in the style of that time period. My older daughter declared it her dream house. I am not sure I’d feel comfortable there with little kids (due to risk of them breaking something) but fine with our older kids. It was very clean, housekeeping does a great job. We found most everything we needed on hand. Our few suggestions would be some crisp white, cotton sheets on the master bed, and that mattress is probably nearing the end of……
