「Surprisingly good given the budget price. Reception excellent with a very helpful lady that was bright and cooperative. Room a little Spartan but had everything needed bar a fridge. Pg tips tea and proper milk sachets not grisly creamer powder. The £5 parking fee came as a surprise, but otherwise nothing not to like.」

「The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was...

「Easy to find in an ideal location off the M25 near the M11 junction. Excellent parking, very clean room and bathroom (with bath). Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate」
