「This hotel was very nice. They had breakfast which included eggs and sausage they even had yogurt. The bathrooms were very a nice size and the bed was soft and comfortable」

「Stayed here with a 2 and 5 year old. The window in our room was shattered with sharp edges of glass all over it upon arrival. Asked to be moved to a new room and staff said they already knew about the window and didn’t want to move me to a new room but after some arguing eventually got a new room」

「Property was basically fine. However, they charged my credit card twice for a one-night stay. That was eventually resolved. They also showed a $75 credit on my card which is still pending but quite confusing. I do not recall paying a security deposit or any payment to hold the room, so what is that all about?」

「Wonderful property that was everything we were hoping for and more. Who could ask for more - very clean, great decor, spacious, and overlooking the lake! Would 100% recommend, and we would love to visit again soon!」

「I was subject to a scam here, booked through Expedia but charged more than double on arrival - did provide any invoice! Just charged my card. Expedia said it was a SCAM as they had not agreed to a rate change. Action underway. Room basic but have to put used toilet paper into a bin by the loo! Nothing to be flushed! Plus loads of rules and regulations with fines for no compliance. Nothing wrong with this place that a bulldozer could not put right.」
