“My friends and I came for stroll weekend and had a great stay! The house is well stocked and enough space for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. We didn’t bring a car but was able to walk into town in about 20 minutes, take the island bus or Ubers. The house also had bikes but we did not use since it was winter. 45 Surfside bakery is also close to the house for coffee and breakfast. Mary Kate is very responsive and was able to accommodate us for an early check in/later check out. We would definitely……

“On Nantucket for the very first time for our daughter’s wedding, this home suited us and our adult children and their spouses perfectly. It was spacious, immaculate and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Plus, enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready for the rehearsal and wedding festivities simultaneously. The pool and fire pit were the icing on the cake! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the wedding was magical. Josh and Sandy could not……

“As described; lovely recent remodel of a 3 BR/3BR classic Nantucket grey shingle 2 story house a short walk from town. Well stocked kitchen: we mostly ate in and could bake/cook anything. Lovely backyard with grill, table, climbing roses and hydrangeas. Daffodils all along the borders. We visited in April at the height of daffodil season. This house is on a quiet side street around the corner from Cumberland Farms, boardwalk to salt marsh preserve and Land Bank area full of daffodils a short……

“The property is in a great location and just lovely. Bob is just the best host .....always ensuring that our needs were met. Great access to the beaches, and town! He provided us with access to an adult tricycle to make trips to the stove a bit easier as well as accomodating our needs to transport bikes and lots and lots luggage to and from the harbor and the house since we didin't bring our vehicles to the island. We had a wonderful stay!”

“We had the absolute BEST time at Zoo Fest! This was our first time visiting Nantucket and we fell in love. The house is absolutely magnificent! We spent our evenings swimming, dining outside, sitting around the fire pit and playing in the big open lawn. We walked into Sconset for ice cream, sandwiches and wine. We also walked to the beach and light house. The home is in a wonderful location! I could go on and on about Zoo Fest! If you’re one the fence, book it!! You won’t be disappointed.”
