「The check in was fine. Room looked fine. However, when my husband lay on the bed we found the mattress was cracked about a third of the way across. Never seen anything like it. We don’t even know how someone could make the bed like that. Did no one report this cracked bed? Why would they just rent that out? 「This hotel needs a serious upgrade. We reserved a queen “suite” which was literally a queen room, with a sofa bed with a fridge and microwave. I’m still trying to figure out what made it a suite. We had to book another room to accommodate our family. And then there was mold! Quite a few rooms had mold… visible mold throughout. Then there was a leak in the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend or return.」

「The room smelled of smoke. There is NO ventilation in the bathroom soo the ceiling had moisture damage. Consequently, the floor leading to the bathroom was very slick which could cause a fall.
