Located just 9 minutes from Downtown Waynesville, 33 minutes from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and 35 minutes from Downtown Asheville, it’s the perfect base for adventure and connection.

The open-concept main level welcomes you with a chef’s kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient coffee bar, flowing seamlessly into the cozy lounge with a Smart TV and fireplace. Step outside to enjoy two expansive decks, complete with a fire table, ample seating, and a soothing hot tub overlooking panoramic mountain views.

The home spans three levels, with four bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to maximize privacy and comfort. Each space is designed with a unique touch and comes paired with convenient bathroom access.

- Lower Level – Primary Bedroom: King bed, plush carpet, fireplace, and direct access to the outdoor hot tub. Shares an ensuite bathroom with the kids’ room, offering a combination shower and tub.
- Lower Level – Kids’ Room: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, Smart TV with Nintendo Switch, and adjacent full bath with shower/tub combo.
- Main Floor: Queen bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a bright vanity and walk-in shower, plus direct yard access.
- Top Floor: King suite with vaulted ceilings, dresser, comfy chair, and large windows with forest views. Ensuite bath with a walk-in shower accented by blue tilework and an anti-fog mirror.

With three full bathrooms total, everyone has the convenience and privacy they need, whether it’s a quick rinse after a hike or a long, relaxing shower at the end of the day.

Please be aware that ladybug season in the mountains typically occurs from October through November. While our homes receive regular monthly pest control, it’s normal to see some ladybugs indoors during this time. A quick sweep is usually all that’s needed.

Beautiful getaway

We have a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful and has amazing views. We enjoyed our stay, including making meals, playing games, enjoying the hot tub and going into town and on a hike. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided all the information we needed.
