“Very equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Bed very comfortable. Slept great but with a hunting party would been great to have extra toilet facilities. ”

We had a barbecue on our first night and it was a awesome patio with a huge Blackstone that we grilled our steaks and Brats on they had everything we needed to feed our group!! They also had a bonfire pit that my husband was excited to light up it was so cozy!! Thanks Paul and Deb for everything we really enjoyed it and would recommend this beautiful getaway to everyone!!”

“Very nice, cozy cabin. Beautiful setting in the woods. We really appreciated the central air and well-stocked kitchen. The BBQ worked well, however needs to be cleaned. A scrub brush was provided so we could clean it ourselves, but it was old and did not work well. For over 400 per night, I was surprised that we were required to strip the beds and bring the sheets down to the washing machine. ”

“Every September, my husband and I—along with our two dogs—head up North for our annual getaway. This year, we ventured to a new area, and we’re so glad we did. Pine Cone Cottage turned out to be the perfect retreat. The cabin was spotless and cozy, ideally located near great spots for hiking and shopping. The hosts were incredibly responsive and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend it!”

“This location is nice compared to other lodging options in the area. It’s definitely due for a refresh and update. Showing typical aging signs, but clean overall. Mattresses were both very worn out and sagging. Alarm clock and small appliances in the room are out of date but functioning. Would like lights to operate by a switch rather than individual lamps. Again, minor inconveniences. Sauna was not working and there was no sign posted about this. That was a disappointment but not a deal……
