「Expectations overly met, thanks for having us! Will be coming back again!」

「Perfect location - was so easy to get out and ride our bikes around town, get dinner, etc. Will definitely book this again!」

「We liked it as it suited our basic needs for a bike trip on the Greenbriar. It’s a small cozy place. We made it work for us. Would have liked to know about the microwave ahead of time as the listing nor photos did not show it. We might have planned a few things differently knowing it was there. All in all good. No complaints 」

「Nice cottage in a great location; about a mile from Summersville Lake's Dam Boat Ramp (the low water/winter boat ramp). The host is very quick in responding to questions. I definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking to spend some time at Summersville Lake.」

「Great property! Great host! Communication was excellent and the property was as described. Will definitely book again.」

「It’s was so nice and peaceful」

「The cottage was perfect for our weekend in Marlinton. Check-in was flawless, the house was immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, and the living room was the perfect spot to nap, read or watch movies. Very comfy beds, plenty of hot water and plush towels, and a sweet sideporch to sip coffee while enjoying the glider.」

「We really love this VRBO, our family of 4 have been here twice and it doesn't disappoint! Our kids love the bunk beds and hot tub, and told scary stories around the fire pit. It is a nice location to reach our favorite hiking trails, and also access to salmon run where we visit some really cool swimming spots off of salmon run point trail. The long point grill was also a great spot our hosts recommended to stop for lunch.」

「Great little spot! Perfect getaway! Was very pleased with our stay.」
