das Abendessen war sehr fade hatte keinen Geschmack.Und beim Spa bereich hatte der pool kein warmes Wasser,uns wurde erklärt das seit Samstag ausegefallen sei sowas sollte nicht so lange ausfallen und sonst sollte man eine vergünstigung oder Vorwarnung geben. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber,und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Unfortunately there wasn’t much I liked about this hotel property at all! The bathroom is a disaster the shower spray the mirror and flooded the floor, when we arrived there was no coffee K cups in the room the room was hot and was told they would turn the air conditioner on after arriving back from dinner the room was still hot and was told they would turn the air conditioner on before going to bed we call down and they said they would turn the air conditioner on and to our dismay in the morning after sleeping with the window open all night with the bar down below with loud partiers smoking and loud laughter there is no air conditioning!

My stay at Post Hotel Weggis

A lovely hotel with surprises in terms of the restaurant (a heritage fine fine) and amazing views of the lake... Great location right in front of the bus and ferry stop and tourism office. The family running it is clearly visible and a special commendation to William at the front desk for his cheerful and guest oriented service and smile.

Overall, the hotel is good and the scenery nearby is so majestic. The hotel staffs are very nice and mindful with the customers, always showing up with a smile. For my trip, I've booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my parents. They both said their room was perfect. Unfortunately, a towel and a pillow in my room were torn up and stained with something. However, I still recommend this hotel!!

Das hotel war schön aufgemacht, das Personal spricht deutsch und ist freundlich. Das spa ist klein aber schön. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, nur etwas veraltet und nicht unbedingt sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr Mager. Ausserdem war das Restaurant total überteuert und das Essen dazu ungenießbar (durchfall ). Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, aber zum Normalpreis wRüde es sich nicht lohnen!

Zimmer in einem schlechten Zustand. Tischlampe defekt, Vorhänge mit vielen Brandlöchern, Balkon nicht Sauber, keinen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon. Im Restaurant war die Bedienung zwar freundlich aber man fühlt sich halt schon etwas unter druck gesetzt wenn man alleine im Restaurant ist und man ständig rumläuft. Das Cola Zero war abgelaufen. Statt ein neues zu offeriern oder es von der Rechnung zu streichen wurde einfach darüber hinweggesehen.

Nice lake view. Convenient and clean. Excellent breakfast. Even though the sound insulation of the balcony door is bad, it didn't bother us since the street was quite at night when we were there. It was a good stay.

Nice hotel but noisy and smoky

The rooms have a lot of road noise. And there was a problem with smoke from an outdoor area just below the rooms. Otherwise it would have scored much higher.

The stay was good. Our young receptionist on evening shift was extraordinarily pleasant and very helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom situation was different. Not what we're use to to. No actual door but a sliding clear door with a curtain and full mirror opposite the hall wall. Great view from our balcony but noisy on the weekend with people partying in the streets.Conveniently located across the street from the boat docks.

Dieses Hotel verdient absolut keine Viersterne und ist schlechte Reklame für unsere Hotelerie. Wollen sich stark machen für Chinesenpublikum - was diese Leute erwartet ist skandalös! Lieblose Atmosphäre!!! Löcher in Vorhängen, Minibar leer, keine Gläser, leere Blumenkisten am Bakon, keine Zahngläser - nicht zu wundern, dass das Hotel trotz gutem Wetter praktisch leer war.

Conveniently located

We stayed at the Post Hotel in July, 2017. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was delicious and varied. We had a view of the lake and it was beautiful. The tourist information building is located directly across the street as is the bus stop and the ferry. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Such a shame. No care taken in this hotel

Family room. Located right next to church - the bells rang every 15 mins all through the night. I am half Swiss and I love the bells but this was crazy with two small children! The room was tatty and the mirror had been smashed and left with broken glass there. The bed sheets were full of holes and bit ironed. The staff on reception were unhelpful and looked moody all the time. Breakfast had flies and wasps on the food and again everything seemed and effort for the staff. Such a shame as it's in a perfect location

位置好，景色无敌

酒店位于Weggis的码头对面，位置好。离Rigi的缆车站有一段距离，但走着过去，正好顺路把Weggis游览了。请了带阳台的房间，坐在阳台欣赏Luzern湖，超爽！房间不大，但安排了写字台，沙发等，显得有点挤，但很温馨。酒店有自己的收费停车场。

Dirty, False advertising, No Wifi

My family of four booked a "family room" at the hotel for two nights. The room was falsely advertised. Our room had a hard couch with a sheet on it and two futon mattresses pushed together as the "queen bed". Bedding and pillows were the bare minimum. Bedding was dirty. Shower head did not work. Bathroom was dirty. There were noticeable dirty fingerprints on the lamp. The Wifi ONLY worked in the bathroom. We checked into this hotel later at night given our travel times. It was too late to change hotels. We then booked rooms at another hotel for the following night. We could not stay there another night.
