“Place is cute. Things they could be better: there were crumbs under the couch cushions and under the bed in the master was dirty. Also. No hand soap in the bathrooms and no trash bags for the kitchen. Over all good though and would stay again.”

“This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!”

“Had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as described. Cute rustic decor and a great location. My husband and I wear able to walk to dinner each night and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were even able to bring our dog and he loved it too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends.”

“There was confusion at check-in as they where not prepared for our rental. But the owners where very quick to respond, and had the place ready in a half hour. This was great for a over vintage stay, but would not be comfortable for more than that.”

“Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids. Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin……
