“Everything was more than acceptable! We loved everything about the experience! From the host, location, perfect for our quick anniversary weekend! We would absolutely stay again!”

“What a great place to stay! The house was exactly as pictured! Plenty of space, and with all the things you would need....even laundry detergent! The parking was right across the street, which was incredibly helpful! The location was perfect. Such a quaint little town. We took a train ride from Nesquehoning, so the location was great as well. Would definitely stay there again!”

“It was a beautiful stay very close to many attractions and a delicious pizzeria. I would come here again 100% very friendly town very nice stay”

“We had a wonderful time in this lovely house that is situated close to everything. I missed noting that we were bringing our dog with us but Jeff was lovely when I messaged about this and that we'd have two vehicles. Chad welcomed us when we arrived and helped us get settled, including providing additional recommendations as we talked. The apartment is beautiful and the mattresses were very comfortable. It was easy to walk to downtown Jim Thorpe, drive to eastside restaurants, and Lehigh Gorge……

“Nice house and great host, who was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions quickly. The kitchen could have used a Keurig and a blender. There was a coffee pot but no blender.”

“The host was so responsive and gave great suggestions of where to go and places to eat! The place itself was clean and beautifully decorated! Love that mostly everything was within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Amazing space. Communication from the host was spot on. Everything was clean, comfy, and great decor! We will be returning! Couldn't beat the location either! Thanks for a fantastic stay!”

“Although we only stayed for two days, our visit to this beautiful cabin exceeded all expectations, and we’re truly grateful for such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the care and thought put into every detail. The cabin is impeccably maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—everything needed for a relaxing and seamless stay. The location is perfect for enjoying nature, with scenic hiking trails nearby, while the property itself……

“We had a great stay at the Chalet. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were very inviting. The Chalet is a quick 10-15 minute drive from all the dining and shopping in Jim Thorpe. We went back and forth a few times and it was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! We'll be back in the warmer (less icey) weather to do some hiking and more exploring! ”

“Amazing stay. Entire penthouse was clean. Property is beautiful. We will return next year. If any questions or concerns Carolee was always quick to respond by text or call. Youve got all you need at Houser's crossing.”
