"Beautiful hotel. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Extensive, tasty breakfast and dinner buffets. Chinese restaurant is beautiful and has excellent food and service. Adjacent to a mall that has lots of other restaurants. Lovely spa and pool. Would definitely stay here on next visit."

Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now from this experience."
