“Quand nous sommes arrivés avec notre réservation aux environs de17 heures , il y avait personne pour nous accueillir . Nous sommes restés jusqu’à19 heures à attendre . Quand la responsable était enfin arrivée, elle nous faisait savoir que nous la chambre avait été réservée à d’autres personnes et que nous devions demander à ce qu’on nous annule la réservation ce qui était vraiment difficile pour nous de faire . La responsable nous avait proposé deux choix ,soit nous héberger sous des tentes……

“We arrived around 4 pm, no one to meet us had to get some resident to get a hold of the manager off property. It was a house with multiple rooms with shared bathroom with notice to bring your own toilet paper. Hand towel and face cloth used by all residents. No tv , no carpet just the underlay, people in the hallway out side our room partying till 4 am. This seam to be a half way house.”

The sound isolation is so bad. We could hear the sound of faucet, water dripping, clop-clop, talking, and so on. The parking lot is crowded. The kitchen is not opening for use. No water dispenser.
