Comfortable, well equipped home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Basics not working

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a typical house. Nothing fancy or updated. Breakfast for our family is most important to eat at home. The toaster was broken!! Yikes. A family of 6 needs a toaster. A new one can the 6th day out of our 7. The faucet dripped in the master bedroom and the electric outlet in the master bath did not work.

Great, quiet, clean and classic

This property was as described in the listing. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was, by far, the cleanest and most organized. Some may have challenges with the beds. It is an easy walk to town, a bit longer to the harbor, yet doable.

The house was clean and well-equipped for our stay, with a wonderful back deck for outdoor dining and outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand and salt after a day at the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of air conditioning, though the house was reasonably comfortable by evening with the liberal use of fans. We loved being able to walk to town for dining, ice cream, and shopping. We will be back!
