New house rental at 35 Silver Spring Rd

If you are looking for a cute house in a quiet location down a dirt road and in the woods (away from Rt 6 traffic), for a max of 6 guests - this could be it! The only noise we heard came from the flock of turkeys that checked up on us daily. The house has the most important amenities for a family beach vacay: outdoor shower, ac, washer/drier and dishwasher. Even beach towels were included. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for a first time rental, with the few things that were missing hopefully to be added (basic spices, blender, a tv that works and perhaps a vacuum cleaner). We had a great time and would happily rent this house again.

Wonderful house

Wonderful, spacious house filled with light and a great breeze, just as pictured on the site. It was clean when we arrived and they sent cleaners quickly at our request to do some additional cleaning of pollen from some windowsills. Kitchen had nearly everything we would want, and they quickly brought over a new drip coffee machine when we inquired about that. Lots of great books and toys for kids, as well as beach equipment. Lovely location in the woods near Wellfleet Audubon, with some neighbors nearby - it is quiet, peaceful, and definitely in nature with lots of turkeys, coyotes, bunnies and birds, which we loved! Things we would change: more seating in the living room (there is one couch and one chair), and more screens on the sliding doors in the sun room/porch so it can be opened up a bit more - only one of the 3-4 sliding doors had screens when we were there. Overall excellent experience and amenities - we really loved our stay and would definitely come back.
