"Be very careful staying here during an event night. We could not get into any of the restaurants and had to take an Uber off site to a nearby restaurant and rush to get back for the show. Also we heard parking filled up fast. (It is free which was a bonus) but one person missed part of concert waiting for someone to leave so he could park. We arrived early so had no issues. The handful of on site restaurants didn’t offer reservations - Copperhorn steakhouse does but after striking out at others went there and staff were awful - saying come back in half an hour and then we return and they say no walk ins which made us scramble to find so somewhere. They were rudebut possibly frustrated since hundreds of folk were left with no where to dine - we are all dressed up for gala and food court was not what we had in mind. The hotel is brand new but done cheaply - just paper cups for coffee and no wine glasses. Three decaf pods - we tracked down a maid to substitute for proper coffee pods. The room was spacious and had big windows. Nice shower. The bar inside casino a joke - and the outside one was spacious but brightly lit with no atmosphere and one server who was completely unequipped to handle more than a handful of people. All in all I would stick to Niagara casinos which have much more to offer. I hate offering bad reviews but this place needs to get its act together."
