"Very noisy, with loud cars going up and down an adjacent street all night; trains running through very close by; and a street car stop right there, I had to wear Earplugs and take sleep medication to get a little bit of sleep. But the Staff was great."

"The pool area was great. It had like an oasis in the city all kinds of pretty flowers and plants clean comfortable. The whole place was was just great. Never went in the hot tub though, but we will be back if we go to Phoenix again thank you."

"Don't assume if you've had a great experience at another Graduate hotel that the one in Tempe will stack up. If I had to guess it was an old rundown motel that they tried to skin as a "graduate style" hotel—but the result was just a tired, old, fairly ugly hotel in a relatively undesirable spot in Tempe. Not saying there isn't a place for this type of hotel, but it certainly does not live up to the line of Graduate hotels I've experienced, including the neighboring one in Tucson, which is genuinely twice as nice"

"They put us in room 132 and when you walked in it smelled like . They were real nice about getting this into a new room. I think it was something to do with the AC unit."
