Lovely cosy cottage , excellent location for exploring Wells. Easy walk to cathedral and historic town center. Wonderful hotel like welcome with snacks and milk in fridge , bathrobes and bathroom amenities. Very responsive and welcoming host. Lovely little garden around and sunrise in bedroom windows . The pans could do with updating and more variety (pans old and scratched non sick and no pasta/ soup large pot)

Second time here, very nice place. Quiet and peaceful, easy walk into Wells. Plenty of nice pubs and coffee shops
