「Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. 」

「It was a convenient location. The furniture definitely needs an update and the carpets could use a good cleaning. The couches sunk in and smelled old, the beds and pillows were extremely hard. The place overall had a funky smell, but I think it was due to the things listed above. It was a little upsetting they don’t give the basic complementary items such as shampoo/conditioner and coffee pods. Again, nice location but the place could use some love.」
