Great location, large rooms, good ammenities.

This hotel was great for our family, 2 adults and a 11 month old. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked which made it convenient for making meals. The bed was fairly comfortable and the living space was great for our toddler to run around in. It was quiet (we couldn’t hear anyone in the rooms around or above us). The room was nicely renovated and felt very modern with lots of closet space and even a coat closet. Con’s: no AC in the living space so it was quite warm for our toddler who slept in a pack and play in the living room and it was a bit bright as 2 of the windows didn’t have black out curtains. Our one complaint is that we put the tag on the door to request room service (before 10am as they stated) and room service never came. We called down to ask for more towels and coffee and they told us they would bring it up but they never did. We called the front desk the next morning to ask again but they said we had to go to the front desk to pick up the towel since the housekeeping staff hadn’t arrived yet and wouldn’t be arriving until 10am. With check out being at 11am this didn’t give us time to get ready and leave so I had to go down to the front desk to retrieve our towels. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and felt the room was clean safe. I would stay here again!

Great friendly staff and hotel was beautiful and clean. AC unit was quite noisy.

Location and services are all very good, one of my best hotel experience ever. Highly recommend

A beautiful property in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Staff were attentive and professional. Great lobby bar!
