「A great place to stay! The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there was an occasional loud car that drove by. The stairs are a little steep, but we were able to get up them just fine. There was a humming sound that we noticed mainly at night, but we think that must have just been the AC kicking on. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 「The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. It is very homely with all the plants and terrariums. The location was great for all we wanted to do and street parking was always easy. Would unhesitatingly stay here again if we plan another visit to Dayton.」

「This house was in the perfect location for us and it was very clean. The owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Wonderful place to stay. We were able to meet up with family in the area and have a great time getting together after years apart. When we got back to the house in the evenings, the table in the kitchen was perfect for playing a couple of card games. My dad had a wonderful 92nd birthday. Loved everything! 」

「5 stars – Beautiful HomeWe had a great stay at this lovely property! The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The decor was charming, and the space felt inviting and peaceful. The location was also convenient and quiet—perfect for relaxing.The only downside was that it got a bit warm inside. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended overall」
