“This house was such a pleasant surprise!! We were in town for surgery of a family member and its convenience to the hospital was perfect. The space allowed us to come and go at the hospital and was great for me to get some work done in between. Comfortable beds and all the amenities of home.”

“The property was completely sufficient for what we needed as a family of four traveling over the Christmas holiday. It was clean and in good shape. The only thing I would give as a tip to future renters is to bring decaf K-cups if you need decaf. Also, make note of where the parking spot in the back by the garage door is as there is no house number back there to indicate which garage.”

“This property is located close to the U of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Kinnick Stadium, and downtown Iowa City. The rooms are comfortable with lovely design touches. The log cabin room upstairs is generously sized with a small library and desk area in one half; a perfect place to read and relax. A very fun coffee, book and gift store and a wood fired pizza and Italian restaurant is less than two blocks away. We could see their locations from the house. Streets were quiet and we enjoyed getting……

The lake was a short walk from the property, with a convenient trail for walking, running, and enjoying nature.”
