“We absolutely loved our stay here. It was my husband, myself and kids (5 & 12). Carol prepared a snack basket with local chocolates and snacks my kids absolutely adored. The property is set back off the road and exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and stocked with all you need. We came to visit family and go to the Ohio REN faire. “This was a nice getaway with girlfriends and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the house and the decorations. A big plus for this place was that it has a lot of beds, so we were able to have our own and really enjoyed that. Also the community was quiet and the blinds were thick. “The Townhouse was so clean and spacious. The neighborhood does not look the best, but we did not have any issues with noise or other concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with both a kitchen and dining room table. Master bed was very comfortable and we loved the lathe TVs in the living room and bedroom. Keri was very quick to respond when I had questions. I will for sure stay again.”

“Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!”

“We had a good stay at this little place in Englewood. The inside was very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The walking path is nearby, but Main Street is close and traffic can be loud (the reason for the 4 star rating). We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.”
