「The room bathroom had a leaky toilet, broken tub, rooms were dirty, sheets were dirty. No blackout curtain at night , light would shine inside the room. 」

「Parking was easy - but parking lot was in terrible condition. Room was only borderline clean, beds were "gritty" in the sheets. Room was not fully stocked - ie not enough towels, only one bar of soap for two people, 40 watt light bulbs (so dark), no cups, etc. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal or biscuits and gummy gravy, only two types of juice (although dispenser had room for mote). Staff was mostly unfriendly and rude... Person who checked us in was Great! Following staff was terrible! ...
