「The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked with amenities (soap, shampoo/conditioner, towels, extra pillows and blankets), which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal, close to all shopping and restaurants in West Des Moines and easy access to the interstate system. The host Tom was great with responding to our questions. We have stayed here twice now, and would highly recommend to anyone.」

「Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience 」

「We arrived and easily checked in with the given code. House was clean and smelled great! Bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper, towels/washcloths, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Each bathroom also had extra items such as ear cleaners, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. Plenty of dishes and cooking items! Loved all the bedroom/sleeping space! We had 11 plus 3 toddlers. 「Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!」

「This house is amazing for a larger group! Plenty of space to lounge & sleep without feeling over-crowded. Nice big kitchen and fridge with freezer to make our own meals. The bbq grill & outside patio with fire pit was perfect at night. Plenty of towels for showering, and appreciated the soap for sinks; many vrbos do not provide that. Matt was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed! We did not utilize the game room in the garage, but hope to be back some day so we can! Definitely...

「Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price.」
