"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "Great location that’s within walking distance of downtown. We were given all kinds of great information on Aspen when we checked in. Our room was very nice and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room and premises were very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as you sit at a table and they wait on you. There are self serve options as well. The dining room is large with multiple tables that can sit 6 to 8. Plus smaller tables for smaller groups or a single person. There was a special each morning: one day it was avocado toast with sliced boiled egg and sliced tomatoes. I gave 3 stars for amenities because the elevator was out of service for my entire 3 day stay and that was an amenity I searched for. On the upside the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And view from my balcony was charming with a variety of trees and some flowers. I would stay here again definitely."

"The staff was lovely. Tracy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and cordial. She helped us reserve a ride to the airport that was less expensive than Uber. The room was nicely apportioned. The only thing was the neighbors in the next room were a bit loud — they were watching sports. But otherwise everything was wonderful. We’d stay there again."

"We needed an affordable option close to downtown Aspen and this hotel exceeded our expectations! Likely it was more affordable because it was summer. Short hop to Aspen meant we could get settled and then drive back downtown. The room was clean and had coffee, lots of towels, lots of seating and surfaces, a balcony with a view, and bathrobes, and there was a coffee/tea/chai/cocoa machine for free by the front desk (which dispensed actually very good beverages). We would stay again!"
