“All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms and parking was great. Only problem we had was locating a luggage carrier. We had to carry lots of heavy luggage to the car. We asked the lady at the front desk (late afternoon) and she said some people take them in their rooms and use them like a closet. Not fair for other guests. I would recommend this hotel.”

“The staff is nice but limited on what they can offer the customers. The hotel location is in an area under high construction so getting here is a disaster. The lobby is dingy and smells like mildew, the bathroom sink faucet was leaking all over the counter and the toilet would not flush in first room we were given. The lady at the front desk promptly offered us a new room. We had to get ready to go to an event and noticed in the second room we were given that none of the outlets in the bathroom……
