Beautiful property and amenities. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was perfect and extremely comfortable. Loved the location in proximity of St James Park, Buckingham Palace and convenient, affordable eateries nearby. We loved Chez Antoinette and Bon Gusto. The hotel restaurants were very nice as well. Lovely place to stay!

Lovely traditional style hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Not our usual style/design chosen for a hotel but it is lovely if you want archetypical English.
Great Breakfast (included), wide choice and all served, no buffet…which is a lovely change but as soon as it got busy it slowed to not receiving a coffee for 20 min wait- then you’re charged service for your free breakfast - a small glitch in an otherwise lovely stay.

This is a wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, and a good location. The restaurant and bar were good as well. I will definitely stay there when I go back to London.
