“First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath……

“Best check-in & communication from a host I’ve ever experienced. Property was as described & such a great vibe. Bed super comfy. I booked this unit because it had a bathtub but stopper didn’t work. Understood host may not have known this. They were quick to respond to the issue. BTW garbage truck comes Thursday morning 6am 😉. Will definitely be back!”

“I have stayed at several Jungle House properties, and I will continue to give them my business. They really do a great job checking in and making sure you have everything you need. Great locations with a clean, comfortable stay!”

“Very clean and nice room, quiet and close to where I needed to be. Great room for the price. If I find myself in Columbus again I will definitely try to stay here again”

“Good place for a short stay in Columbus for a group get together.”

“Excellent location. The highway and people above were a bit loud but it was easily drowned out mostly. Would be a great place for anything at the convention center.”

“Great location, nice people”

“The Jungle Room was super cute and comfy! We even had a little patio to have a glass of wine! We had excellent communication from management and had no issues. It’s in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars. We were in town for a hockey game and it’s just a quick walk.”

“The house was great, and the customer service was very friendly.”

“Excellent location - easy walks to the park, grocery store, and other small shops. Ample street parking and option for the reserved spot made it easy to load and unload. Great stay overall!”

“Great location and parking off the main street. Within walking distance to the convention center and restaurants. The hosts communicated regularly ensuring our staying was going well. We had everything there we needed to feel at home. Will stay here again for sure!”

“Lovely place in the downtown!”

“The location was very convenient. Everything in the apartment was great. Very comfortable space. The communication with the host was also very easy.”

“There was only one bowl and there were only two cups. It would be good for a property for four people to have enough of everything for four.”

“Perfect little apartment for our stay. Just a short distance from so much that Columbus has to offer!!”
