“We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer. I tried sleeping up there with two fans to move air from downstairs to the upstairs but it didn ’t work. There are no windows to open in that room. It was unbearably hot. “The photos of our rental made it seem like there was a large living room included in the rental. What we got was essentially 1/3 of an entire apartment with a terrible kitchen built into a hallway and bunk beds in a closet with no real place to eat for my family over Thanksgiving. I was so disappointed in this place due to the small size, the cleanliness, it having multiple issues including a floor heater that made terrible noises on average every two seconds all night while we tried to sleep……
