“The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.”

It was close to all the activities we wanted to experience. Veronica was helpful and willing to make suggestions for our stay. “Diane and Michael were excellent hosts. While the spave is connected to there residence it is private and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for evening walks. The space met ally needs with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and area for games. I would definitely return”

“I am doing a remodel on my house and it had not started just yet. So I asked the Owners for some grace/flexibility because I would use every couple of months. They weren’t willing - they reserve the right but slow time in PDX - I know what I would have done.”

“Safe, cozy, and equipped with everything you'll need. Water filter available in fridge. The bed is quite large and comfortable. Great location. Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix. The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at. Communication could improve on the app, which is why I give this 4 stars. I did not hear from the hosts after confirming the trip and received Vrbo access information less than 24……

“I am a super host and am relatively picky when booking short term rentals. We came to Portland to help our son and his fiancée look for a new apartment as they are relocating to Portland. This property was in the perfect location!! So close to everything we were looking at. The neighborhood had amazing dining options, great coffee options, great quaint nightlife options, great grocery options. Walkability was fantastic! The property itself is an experience versus just a place to sleep. The……

“Visiting family for the holidays. This an upstairs apartment, well layed out, well furnished. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Just wished the freestanding gas fireplace was working but it did have central heat so no problem. Would stay here again.”

“Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! Bao was very responsive, thoughtful & generous helping us get wood for the fireplace. Restaurants were in easy walking distance. The garage was a lovely touch with an extra parking permit as well. “The location was perfect, easy access to all highways, downtown waterfront was a 5 minute walk, there was available parking Nextdoor, the entrance was secure, apartment was clean and very comfortable! So much more to list honestly. Host was extremely communicative throughout the entire stay answering any questions and even had some great suggestions for a wonderful winery close by! We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed every one of them. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the Vancouver……

“The upper floors of the house were very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was well appointed overall and the beds were comfortable. We were on the tail end of a spring break vacation with our grandchildren who live in Portland and our stay at Irvington House put the icing on the cake. Portland in the Springtime is not to be missed. We look forward to coming back!”

“My husband & I stayed here for a birthday weekend get away. It was super convenient to so many wineries and close to many great restaurants too. The place was perfect for the two of us. It was nice & clean & the bed was comfortable. We would love to stay again & hopefully have better weather next time so we can enjoy the beautiful grounds.”

“This is a cozy efficiency in very quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the park. Easy walk to park and shops and restaurants on 23rd. Hostess is lovely and all communications with her were prompt and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!”

“This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again.……

“As we work hard and play harder, this place was great. We used this house for offsite retreat for a few executives. They were able to hunker down, get work done and play some games. Lots of space to spread out.”
