“Great clean place. ”

“The property was great! Cute apartment, felt very safe. Easy to get to places. The only downside, and it was a big one, was the neighborhood noise. The bar directly behind was so loud on a Thursday night the walls were shaking.”

“Loved our stay! Few issues, but overall our stay was comfortable and loved the place provided dishes because i dod cook fir my husband. The bed was comfortable and we loved it came netflix and cable ready. I think you can get a bigger ironing board, that very tiny board was a bit hard work to iron grown folks clothes. More for ironing kid clothes. However, we were very pleased and satisfied. The building is under renovation but still easy to move around. And the lobby building smelled really……

“This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M”

“It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, not for photos or listing… because the house itself is cute. You can tell the owner cares about the property and guests. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have any problems. The security system and cameras did help ease the worry. The owner is quick to respond and very nice and helpful. Overall it was good.”

“This was my first experience with and use of VRBO, and I could not be any happier. The place was very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decorative odes to Elvis, Al Green, Otis Redding and other Memphis giants of music. The neighborhood is akin to other cities' art/up-and-coming areas. A great benefit of this was being away from downtown but just just close enough that it was a 10-15 minute walk to places; very close to the Memphis Redbirds' stadium. Parking was a breeze.……

“We had a lovely stay with friends in this very stylish and well appointed condo. Communication with the host was always prompt and he provided lots of useful tips on restaurants and getting around town. If our travels every take us to Memphis again we would book this condo again.”

“Everything was clean and well prepared”

“My daughters and I just recently stayed at the property (feb. 2024). You are two blocks away from Beale Street. You are also very close to the FedEx forum as my daughters and I went to a Grizzlies game while there. It was very close, close enough that people going to the game parked on the street where the home was located. If you don't want the busyness of Beale you can always go for a more tranquil area right around the corner on Main St. that also has tram stops. Restaurants near there……

“Bianca was awesome. The studio was just what I wanted. It was in Midtown and close to everywhere we wanted to go!”

“We were on a birthday trip for our daughters. Arriving close to the home, we were a little skeptical. Once we arrived and entered our feelings changed. The home has everything to rest comfortably. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for the four of us. The property is within walking distance of the Pyramid Bass Pro and downtown Memphis where there are many options for eating. I wouldn't recommend walking due to the (SADLY) homeless traffic and crime. We were approached more than……

“We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The house was a great size and in a good neighborhood. The decor really got us in the mood to explore all Memphis had to offer! It was clean, well kept, and the check in and check out processes were super easy. Would 10/10 stay again.”
