“It was difficult to find someone to check in and unclear how I did this. I was fortunate the door was open to the restaurant so I could ask for help there. Room was okay but TV did not work. Again, it was very difficult to get hold of someone to try to sort this out. Eventually they changed rooms for me because they were unable to solve the problem. This room was not properly cleaned and I had to go and try to find someone (again with difficulty) to ask for toilet roll. Although the people I did……

“The room smelled damp and muddy. It triggers my allergies. I was unable to sleep; I had to sit up all night because I couldn't breathe properly lying down. Added to that, there was no hot water to shower with, despite switching the switch as instructed. ”
