This is basically a residential house with loads of room squashed in, on a very rough estate very far away from the town centre or any amenities. I was so shocked.
As a lone female it was NOT a comfortable environment. Outside was lots of rubbish and burnt out cars and groups of people in groups so no chance of leaving the property for an evening walk as planned and I felt intimidated leaving the car. I open the front door went upstairs and looked in my room and then left immediately. I’ve never done this in my life.
This is not what I expected at all. This is more like an HMO with tents in the garden too.
It wasn’t very clear on the write up that it was a shared bathroom and having seen so many pairs of men’s shoes by the front door as I walked in there was no way I was gonna leave that room at night to go downstairs to use the shared bathroom. I was quite horrified.
I recognise that an effort has gone into the decor and certainly a beautiful garden but lift it up and put it somewhere else and half the occupancy it might be somewhere ok to stay.
