However, the description is misleading since it doesn't mention the property being a mobile home. We realized the next day that mobile homes are the norm in the area, however, we arrived at night and did not expect the villa to be a mobile home.”

“We drove from Michigan, easy 1 day drive. Check in was seamless, house was immaculate, location was perfect, and the value was outstanding. Located on a private beach with chair and umbrella service, private beach club with food and drinks and also situated on a gated community golf resort with heated pool and nice gym facilities. This community is off the beaten path for spring break and there were no waits for local restaurants and activities. Clean beach and the house itself was very well……

“The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)”

“Few things we weren't fond of...some cleanliness issues. House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. There is a ceiling fan in that area but there's no remote or switch. I texted Vacasa and……

“WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. Matter of fact, it was so well furnished that we ate all meals there instead of going out like we normally do. Kate always stayed in-touch, responded to texts quickly, and was most gracious.
