“Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well suited for multiple families. We were in town with some friends for a baseball tournament. Friends took the lower level unit and we took the upper unit. Living room and dining room in upper unit were both big enough for all of us to visit together. Then, at the end of the evening, we had our own space. Communication with the host was excellent. We were a bit concerned about potential noise from the bar across the street but it was not an issue at all……

“Our family of 9, consisting of two sets of grandparents, 3 kids, and ourselves were very comfortable here. We had plenty of room, and the house had everything we could have needed. We also found it to be very clean. The turf backyard with games and a fire pit was the perfect place to keep the kids safely coraled and entertained. I also liked that two of our vehicles could be parked inside the garage. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.”

“We were in town for just a quick trip. Looking looking short notice for a hotel to accommodate 5 is not easy and we were lucky enough to find this house. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed. My only regret is that we didn't have a reason to stay longer and enjoy it more. “We had a group of 8 of us for the PGA and a quick trip to Buffalo Trace. We had a great time and the house suited our needs perfectly. The only thing better would have been an upstairs half bath. Host had a fire pit and chairs for us and we figured out the charcoal grill. All in all a great place to spend a couple of days out in “horse country””

“The hosts went above and beyond making our stay a great experience. We stayed for the Kentucky Derby and the hosts left Kentucky Derby items for us to take home, ponchos in case it rained, the fridge and freezer were stocked, and a snack basket was left out with a hand-written welcome card. Additionally, they accommodated our requests and responded in a timely manner. I have stayed several places in the past and can say without a doubt that this was the best experience due to the exceptional……

“Very cute little shot-gun style bungalow. Decor has a classy art-deco vibe. The place was super clean. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Bedrooms are quite small with very little storage but the beds were super comfortable. It would be quite a stretch to sleep 6 as it has a very small pull-out couch in the main area. Also, no hot tub as promoted. The host was super with communication.”
