“Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group.”

“This studio apartment saved the day! It has everything you need for a successful stay in NYC. The neighborhood is fantastic: getting food, toiletries, etc is easy and convenient, and access to mass transit is great. This particular street is also very safe and mostly quiet at night. The building was undergoing some construction when I was there, but the host was courteous and always kept me in the loop. The neighbors who live there are terrific— friendly and welcoming.”

“It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! Thanks!”
