"In general the accommodation is more or less good in terms of location, room space and cleanliness. However I did have a not so nice experience during checkin. I have got an email from the hotel offering me an upgrade to level 5 or 6 before my stay, which I have confirmed the acceptance via email. But when checked in the hotel on 27-09-2025, I was told by the reception that the offer and confirmation did not appear in their system and the upgrade was not validated. This has caused some chaos then. I have to stay in a room on level 3 to the end of my trip."

"Good accommodation with spacious parking area, good facilities in room including ironing board and kitchen (recommend include seasonings like salt and oil for more convenient cooking) "

"山型城市、酒店在較高位置，只宜自駕遊入住。食肆較遠，不方便。門鎖殘舊，房內亦無任何防盗設施，5人的家庭房空間細，行李箱也沒位置打開。第4及5位家庭成員已沒有熱水沖涼，接待處8時已沒有職員幫忙。等待了兩個小時也沒有熱水，這次體驗太可怕。"

"清理房間方面，其中有一天沒有打掃。但經理人很好，接到我們的電話就趕快上來處理，並把早上需要的飲用水及泡咖啡的鮮奶送上來，真的很謝謝他。"

"Overall enjoyable stay marred by missing towel rack, poor breakfast and staff attitude. Only white bread available and very limited breakfast choices. Lake views and walks make up for the negatives. "

"Very good hotel , provide free parking just in front of the hotel entrance , quiet and beautiful scene . Spacious room and very modern and nice decoration. Will recommend to friends for sure. "
