「Great location! It slept 5 adults very comfortably. Beautifully decorated and spacious enough that we were not in each other’s way. The beds were very comfortable, there was extra bedding for the sofa bed with plenty of towels, kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware and utensils and it has a huge balcony with a BBQ pit. This is where I will be staying for all of my future trips to New Braunfels!」

「En mi opinio la propiedad estas sobrevaluada por lo que ofrecen, estoy de acuerdo que era un loft pero encontré algunos detalles, 1.El aire acondicionado era un aparato portatil adaptado y muy ruidoso 2. El colchon estaba todo manchado, de orina seguramente y hacia mucho ruido los resortes, esto me hizo enfurecer mucho!!!! Creo que esos lofts no estan preparados para recibir huespedes aun, hay que hacer arreglos,,,verifiquen antes de contratar Eduardo Garza, Monterrey NL MEX」

「The rooms are nasty and the room we had first got had stains on the walls and baby ants crawling everywhere on the carpet and beds the restroom was disgusting it had mold all over the walls I would suggest no one stays at this place it’s nothing like the pictures on the website 」

「This place was conveniently located close to the school, football stadium and not far from palo duro canyon. The space was perfect for our family. I would recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area. 」

「There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty.
