“Great location and private. Well kept and easy process. Thank you.”

“Great location, great property.”

“A gem amongst the trees! Terrific stay for a long weekend! It is what you make of it — relaxing in your room or on the numerous patio spaces, or in the library, or in the lobby! Swimming and kayaking! We took a guided ride on the brand new pontoon boat (with a bartender and restroom on board) and that was one of my favorite parts. Everything is so accessible, my family of four even took a bike ride. Our boys LOVED the Arnold Palmer golf course (although it is challenging)! EVERYthing we ate was……

“Our stay was excellent. Convenient location and very peaceful.”

“We had a wonderful time! We very much enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the relaxing deck! The view is amazing with morning coffee! The beautiful gardens are fun with the added lights at night. Our beds were very comfortable and all the other thoughtful little touches were much appreciated. We saw lots of wildlife which added to a relaxing and peaceful stay. We will be back!”

“Great property for a large group. Plenty of space for all types of vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, etc. Comfortable rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and air conditioning available in every common area and bedroom. Great communication from the property owners. Overall, a fantastic vacation rental.”

It appeared that Stonewall needed to process payment through the host rather than charge me directly.I tried explaining to the Stonewall staff that a third party was handling the payment, but they were unable to verify or locate that……

“Wish the oven would have worked. Need a rug inside by the front door. Wish tvs would have worked properly, our neighbors were controlling our tv. Was very convenient to the trail system and very good parking!”

“Room was just as pictured and described on line. Everything was clean and room was well stocked with everything I needed. Owners were in constant contact to make sure I didn't need anything. Great Wi-Fi service in room. Close to Elkins but far enough away to be in the country. For those that like to fish you can walk to a great trout stream which is just over the bank from your room. You are just down the hollow from the Bowden Trout Hatchery. Great place to stop by for the kids and kids at……

“Unfortunately, I did not ask, but the room was on the second floor up a flight of stairs, and I have mobility impairments, so it was difficult accessing the room. Otherwise everything was good and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.”
