“Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price.”

“Beyond convenient location to Roger Williams Park/Zoo and a short drive to downtown Providence. Apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Hosts were family friendly and provided us with a pack and play for our toddler son. Would stay here again!”

“The host was very responsive! It is a quiet and secure location with a large gate at the entrance of the driveway. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. It was very clean. It is a basement apartment with a separate, private entrance. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and Roger Williams Park. ”

“This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.”

“We had a very comfortable one-night stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Late check-in was very smooth, and we found the space clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Getting heavy suitcases up the narrow stairway to the third floor (and trying to do so quietly during a late-night arrival so as not to disturb the neighbors) was the only thing we found a little difficult, but that was really nothing in the great scheme of things. Great hosts -- would definitely……

“This review is strictly based on my personal experience staying at this Rhode Island apartment. The listing is accurate regarding what is provided: the unit was spotlessly clean, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen matched the description completely. However, the listing feels incomplete because key details about living in the space were left out.Slanted FloorsAs an older house that has settled, the third-floor apartment has a noticeable slant. The unlevel floors left me feeling……

“The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of……

“Great place! Clean, spacious, well appointed. Bruna was quick to respond and let us arrive early.”

“Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance……

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests……

“Great location, walkable neighborhood.”
