Perfect for our family of 4

The home was very comfortable and clean. Loved the layout, decor, outdoor deck and all the amenities. It had everything we needed for a long weekend of baseball and relaxation. Would definitely stay again!

Cute Capecod house on a quite side street

Good size house with two bedrooms and a bathroom for family of four. Beautiful backyard and a deck. The house is well equipped. The house is located on a cul de sac and the yard is fenced in. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely and clean.

This is probably one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. Spotlessly clean. Charming and welcoming decor. Great location and a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. My favorite room was the “dining room” that has windows on three sides and opens to a charming deck. You can see neighbors from the house. But with the foliage, it didn’t bother me. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. You're close enough to everything that day trips are easy. The beach just down the street is nice and quite, and pretty clean. Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Great family get away

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I would have loved to give a five-star rating but there were a few issues that I am confident will be addressed moving forward for any visitors. It was apparent the house had been cleaned but not as thoroughly as we might have hoped. There were cat toys under the couch and socks under one of the beds. Many surfaces were dusty and there was some sand on the floor of the living room. Also, the key to the basement where the washer, dryer, and beach gear is kept was missing. I contacted Vacasa, the company who was managing the house, and it took a full day to find a replacement key. Thank goodness the owners had one hidden on the property. Everyone we spoke to was extremely kind and helpful but I think with so many people involved, the process took a lot longer than it needed to. Truly, we loved the house and these details did not take away from our experience here. I do think it's important for future guests to know that there have been cats in this house in case of allergies.
