「Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. 「All your needs are met. It’s a convenient location for Old Orchard beach which is pretty.The bed is a little soft for me, and the pillows are a little hard, just personal likes. I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle. 」

「Beautiful place. Close to everything. Airport was only 20 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. The Vrbo was spacious. Had everything that we needed. We did not have a car but that didn’t matter. Everything was within walking distance. Since we were there past Labor Day, there were some things shutting down. But that didn’t matter to us. I would definitely stay again. 」

「Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property...

「We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. It was rather warm for the couple who stayed in there.」

「Amazing Time and Stay as always. We had a great time enjoying the beach, bands, and day trips from this amazing condo right in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. The host Wendy is always accommodating and the place is always clean continuously being updated. We love this vacation and it has become yearly staple. Would highly recommend. Thanks」

「Great stay in this cute 1 bedroom. It's one building away from the beach entrance. This is the beautiful view from the chairs outside the door. Its set up with 2 full beds in the bedroom and a queen in the main room. Full kitchen with some basic supplies. We brought what we needed and cooked most of our meals. Walking distance to restaurants, the pier, and mini golf. We had a blast」
