“From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team and the head of housekeeping. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotless, and the ice and ice bucket were delivered promptly. We enjoyed the vibrant ambience in the bar before heading to our dinner reservation.
