「First - these folks are so nice, and the location right outside the Great Sand Dunes National Park can't be beat. The full fridge and freezer worked well, and the mini kitchenette would be nice if we stayed longer (my roomie noticed skillets, no saucepan, and one knife, so limited equipment). There was feces left in the toilet from the previous guest, and the TV stand was sitting awkwardly in the middle of the room. For a suite, there was also nowhere to properly unpack clothing because there were no dressers. The room itself felt very run down and even unsafe in places, including broken tile near the bathtub.
