「The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it.」

「No fue tan buena porque se gue mucho la luz」

「The property is in need of repairs. We have stayed here many times. We were only able to have one ala carte dinner as they were either all full or not open. AC in my daughter’s room did not work and we told them everyday. After 5 days they finally moved her. No compensation was ever given and should have been.」

「Worst experience we had. Don’t go there!」

「ocean view. Maintenance not responsive.」

「Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. 」
